Hye-Sun is the female main protagonist of Seoul Station.

She was voiced by Shim Eun-kyung.

Hye-Sun is shown to be an attractive young lady with shoulder length black hair.

Personality

Hye-Sun was a kind young woman and cared for Ki-Woong. However she hated Suk-Gyu as he stole everything from her and she desired to get revenge on him.

In her last moments, after she was infected, she attacked and presumably killed or infected Suk-Gyu.

History

Hye-Sun was just a normal woman living her life until her parent’s death changed everything for her. As a result she ended up prostituting herself, with Suk-Gyu as her pimp. Eventually she learned that her parents left her an inheritance, unfortunately Suk-Gyu learned about this and stole the money from her.

Hye-Sun eventually managed to steal her parent’s money back and hid it before the outbreak. During the outbreak, she met Ki-Woong and they traveled to together after receiving a message from Suk-Gyu telling them where he was. During that time, Hye-Sun was unfortunately scratched by an infected person.

After they reunited, Suk-Gyu attacked Hye-Sun and demanded that she return her parent’s money that she stole back from him. Ki-Woong attempted to help her, but was stabbed and killed during his attempt. Hye-Sun ended up losing her mind and viciously attacked Suk-Gyu, presumably killing or infecting him.

during the film, Hye-Sun had an iPhone 5s, in the chaos, her phone is damaged inside of the Police Station, it was most likely she didnt buy a phone case due to her being a homeless person, eventually it caused to have a damaged and cracked screen, eventually the Screen remains that way up towards the end of the Flim, where it is presumed the Battery has died and most likely was destroyed.

Indoor Holy Statue

Holy Statue seen at the end of the film in the Model Houses

a Indoor Holy Statue was used by Hye-Sun at the end of the film, in which she used it to hide from Suk-gyu, afterwards she attempted to use it as a weapon before she was punched by Suk-gyu, it is most likely the Holy Statue was intact long after the events of Seoul Station & Train to Busan.

Platform Flip-flops

Hye-Sun's Flip-flops

around the beginning and middle of the film, all the way until the Police Station part of the flim, Hye-Sun had Platform Flip-flops as her shoes, apparently after the Metro Scene and as they try to run down the steps, she trips over and loses her Flip-flops in the process, before running away, avoiding getting bit or scratched, it is most likely her flip-flops are either abandoned after the events of both films or was scavenged by survivors during the events of Peninsula.

• Hye-Sun’s voice actress Shim Eun-Kyung and Suk-Gyu’s voice actor Ryu Seung-Ryong both portrayed an actual Father and Daughter in the movie Psychokinesis.
