Captain Seo is a the captain of Unit 631 and the cynical head of an underground fight club.
Overview[]
He was first appear in his room when Private Kim reported to him when he discovered a lot of US Dollar and they began plot to escape South Korea by train. Captain Seo also found a satellite phone which he received a message that they waiting the truck in the harbor. Seo informs to Sergeant Hwang by tricking his escape plan and left all of Unit 631 behind. Captain Seo later appeared when he was crashed his car into Jooni's car which he taken her into hostage. However, Yu-jin cause Seo distract him and Seo shoots Elder Kim which causes he bleeding and death after Elder Kim protecting Yu-jin. Seo later escaped with the truck and finally arrived into the ship. However, the Hongkong's mafia realized that he isn't part of their recognized member and Seo betrayed. The Hongkong's mafia shoot him and Seo reversed his truck to keep the ship's cargo hold open letting the horde enter into the ship which attacked and killed the mobsters inside.
